MedQuants (we, us, our) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your choices, structured to align with India's evolving data protection frameworks.

1

Introduction

MedQuants ("we", "us", "our") is fully committed to protecting your personal, technical, and medical information. This Privacy Policy details what information we collect across our digital platforms, the reasons behind this processing, how we store and manage your details, and your choices.

We have designed this policy to be in complete compliance with India's evolving data protection framework, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) standards. By accessing our services, you consent to our data collection pipelines.

2

Information We Collect

To coordinate low-latency telemedicine routes and pharmacy deliveries, our platform requires processing several data classes:

Personal Identity

Includes your full legal name, active mobile number, secure email address, date of birth, biological gender, postal delivery address, and encrypted payment identifiers (such as masked UPI tokens or transaction logs).

Protected Health Info

Sensitive clinical metadata collected strictly under your explicit consent; including symptoms, uploaded physical/digital prescriptions (Rx), pathology reports, diagnostic results, and treatment files.

Technical Metadata

IP addresses, browser cookies, device identity footprints, operating systems, and website analytics. This technical data secures the platform against brute-force attacks and optimizes delivery maps.

3

How We Use Your Information

We leverage collected parameters to provide seamless clinical booking logistics, verify restricted pharmaceuticals, and scale our network infrastructure:

A
Processing & Management

To manage doctor appointments, lab collections, and express drug orders. This includes prescription analysis by licensed, partner pharmacists.

B
Notification Alerts

To transmit SMS reminders, email booking confirmations, directory search alerts, and informational updates. receipts.

C
Operational Security

To monitor for fraudulent platform access, evaluate system load speeds, maintain uptime safeguards, and enforce standard operational policies.

4

Sharing Your Information

MedQuants never sells or leases your health records to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared strictly as necessary to execute requested health bookings, under rigid security mandates:

Providers and Laboratories

We share relevant clinical descriptions and symptom listings with your booked medical practitioner or pathology phlebotomist. This allows diagnostic centers to prepare sample kits and sync test reports back.

Pharmacy and Delivery Partners

We route your directory inquiries to authorized retail pharmacies and localized dispatch agents so they can securely pack, verify, and complete delivery.

Secure Payment Gateways

Masked payment metadata is coordinated through PCI-DSS compliant processing platforms (Razorpay). MedQuants does not store credit card numbers, PINs, or net-banking passwords on our servers.

Legal Authorities

We will disclose personal or technical logs if compelled by an official court order, government audit demand, or to protect the safety of other users.

5

Data Security

We employ strict, state of the art safeguards to protect sensitive health and identity records against unauthorized leaks:

Symmetric Encryption

All information transmitted over our network is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Stored records are sealed using advanced AES-256 standards.

Granular Access Limits

Only authorized medical assistants, pharmacists, and pathology coordinators can access specific clinical segments under strict confidentiality guidelines.

While we deploy continuous database audits, no internet-based network is entirely secure. In the rare event of a database leak, we will notify affected individuals and appropriate regulators within legal windows.

6

Your Rights

You maintain complete ownership of your personal and health records under Indian digital data rules. Your rights include:

  • Access and Correction: You can review, update, and correct registration parameters directly through your user profile portal.
  • Data Portability: You may request a machine-readable, structured export of your uploaded historical health files.
  • Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You can request account termination. We will delete or anonymize personal parameters, except where retention is legally mandated (such as clinical record-keeping rules).
  • Consent Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent for secondary analytics, notifications, or newsletters at any time.

To initiate any data request, please draft an email to our Data Protection team at infomedquants@gmail.com.

7

Retention of Data

MedQuants retains personal and sensitive clinical files only as long as necessary to complete requested profile searches and maintain regulatory records.

In compliance with Indian medical registry rules and financial regulations, standard doctor consultation records, medical bills, and diagnostic reports are typically kept for a minimum of 3 years from the date of creation, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Children's Privacy

Our digital health platforms are designed for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal or medical information from minors without parental consent.
