Shipping & Delivery Policy
MedQuants orchestrates high-performance telemetry to coordinate prompt diagnostic, laboratory, and medicine delivery options. All dispatches comply with the parameters below:
Service Areas
MedQuants facilitates medicine deliveries only within serviceable pin codes managed by our licensed retail pharmacy and hyper-local logistics partners. You must verify pin code serviceability at checkout before finalizing your cart and allocating delivery rider routes.
Prescription Hold
Orders containing prescription-only drugs remain on "Hold" status until an independent, licensed pharmacist completes a manual verification of your uploaded file. If the prescription fails verification, the order is cancelled and a full refund is processed to your original instrument.
Delivery Turnaround Times
Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on geographic allocation. Hyper-local or express options display real-time ETAs at checkout, which map live driver locations using dynamic websocket routing.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery executives will attempt fulfillment up to three times. If delivery fails repeatedly due to an incorrect address, unreachability, or absence of an authorized recipient, the package rolls back to the partner pharmacy, the order is cancelled, and a logistics deduction fee may apply to the refund.
Prescription Verification Policy
To prevent the misuse of restricted medications and ensure complete legal compliance with India's Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, MedQuants enforces a strict prescription verification pipeline:
The uploaded image or PDF must clearly display the registered medical practitioner's name, qualification, registration number, signature, clinic stamp, date of issue, and patient details.
Chronic care prescriptions are valid up to 6 months from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Acute care prescriptions (such as antibiotics, short-term analgesics, and local therapeutics) must be recent.
Our partner pharmacists reserve the right to place verification calls to the patient or the issuing doctor to clarify dosages or substitute formulations. Suspicious or obviously altered documents will face instant rejection and account blocklists.
