Platform Description and Nature of Services
MedQuants operates strictly as a digital healthcare marketplace platform. We facilitate bookings for doctor consultations, diagnostic/lab tests, and online pharmacy orders.
MedQuants and its partners comply strictly with India’s Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945. All pharmacy partners hold valid retail drug licenses and operate under the supervision of registered pharmacists. We strictly prohibit the digital sale or delivery of controlled substances, narcotics, psychotropic substances under the NDPS Act, or habit forming medicines. Orders for Schedule H and Schedule H1 drugs require a valid, verifiable doctor’s prescription.
User Eligibility
To access the scheduling, diagnostics booking, and telemedicine systems, you must confirm that you satisfy the following legal requirements:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or you are a minor acting under the direct supervision and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- All information provided during registration, booking, or checkout is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Account Registration and Security
You may create an account to utilize our advanced healthcare booking and pharmacy services. You agree to:
Provide accurate registration details (legal name, active contact numbers, valid email, and verified delivery addresses).
Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account credentials and one-time passwords (OTPs).
Notify us immediately at accounts@medquants.in regarding any unauthorized access or breach of security.
Accept full responsibility for all activities and transactions occurring under your account.
Specialist Directories and Availability
MedQuants provides informational directories listing independent medical practitioners, their operating clinics, schedules, and clinical backgrounds.
The platform is strictly informational and does not coordinate or guarantee scheduling, video consultation rooms, or patient-doctor slot bookings.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done through the platform at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 2 hours are non-refundable.
Diagnostic Test Bookings
Test requests are confirmed upon acceptance by our designated independent laboratory partner. The partner lab is responsible for sample collection and report generation.
When home collection is selected, a certified phlebotomist from our partner lab will visit your address at the scheduled time. Please ensure the patient or an authorized representative is present.
Users are solely responsible for adhering to pre-test instructions (such as mandatory fasting periods) provided during the booking flow.
Reports will be shared digitally on the platform as soon as they are processed and signed by our accredited laboratory partner. You can also download them directly.
Pharmacy Orders & Fulfillment
MedQuants acts as a facilitator enabling users to order medicines and healthcare products from licensed partner pharmacies:
For all prescription medicines (Schedule H/H1), you must upload a valid prescription. Our partner pharmacy's registered pharmacist will verify the prescription before dispatch.
Physical delivery of medicines is handled by our partner pharmacies and localized logistics providers. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to product availability.
Payment Processing and Security
MedQuants ensures secure billing infrastructure across all digital interfaces:
All online payments on our platform are processed securely via Razorpay, utilizing approved, PCI-compliant pathways. We support multiple payment instruments, including UPI, net banking, verified credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
In compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives and PCI-DSS requirements, MedQuants does not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on its servers. All card transactions are tokenized securely directly through the Razorpay ecosystem.
Intellectual Property
All content hosted on this website, including text layout, graphical designs, brand logos, custom imagery, system interfaces, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of MedQuants or its third party licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Privacy and Data Use

MedQuants is not liable for medical errors, misdiagnoses, clinical negligence, or physical injury resulting from services provided by independent partners.
MedQuants is not responsible or liable for temporary platform downtime, service interruptions, or transactional delays caused by network failures, server maintenance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
